By accessing and using our website and placing an order with KKakes, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Ordering

Orders must be placed by Saturday at 2:00 PM for Sunday delivery (1–5 PM).
Orders placed after the cutoff may be scheduled for the following week.

2. Delivery

We deliver only within LeFlore County, Oklahoma.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order during the delivery window.
Incorrect addresses may result in non-delivery without refund.

3. Payment

All payments must be completed online at the time of order.
We accept secure payments through Wix and other supported processors.
Prices are subject to change without notice but will always be shown at checkout.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Because all items are custom-made, no refunds are issued once an order is confirmed.
Cancellations made before the Saturday 2:00 PM cutoff may be eligible for store credit.

5. Allergen Notice

Our baked goods may contain or come into contact with eggs, dairy, wheat, soy, and nuts. Please contact us with any concerns before ordering. Allergens Are Labeled On Ingredient Packaging Label

6. Food Freedom Act Compliance

KKakes operates under Oklahoma’s Home Bakery & Food Freedom Act of 2021 and follows all applicable laws for homemade food businesses.

7. Limitation of Liability

KKakes is not liable for damages or issues resulting from the misuse of our website, failure to receive deliveries due to incorrect information, or allergic reactions not disclosed at time of order.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site indicates agreement with the latest version.
